Vince Vaughn was born on March 28, 1970 in Minneapolis, Minnesota but Vince Vaughn was raised in Lake Forest Illinois. Vince Vaughn's parents are Vernon Vaughn a salesman and Sharon Vaughn a Real Estate Agent. Vince Vaughn has two older sisters, Victoria and Valerie. After appearing in one Chevrolet commercial, Vince Vaughn decided he wanted to become an actor and moved to Hollywood. Vince Vaughn lost role after role, but his big break came through a small part in the movie Rudy. While filming Rudy, Vince Vaughn met his friend Jon Favreau who cast Vince in the movie he was writing called Swingers. When Steven Speilburg saw Vince Vaughn in Swingers, he thought that Vince Vaughn would be perfect in his big budget sequel The Lost World: Jurrasic Park. The exposure Vince Vaughn got from this film helped Vince to gain the exposure he needed to get the roles he wanted. At 6'5" tall Vince Vaughn is one of Hollywood's biggest leading men. Vince Vaughn first gained attention from audiences in the Indie Film Swingers (John Favreau). After many box office bombs, Vince Vaughn found his niche in goofy comedies such as Old School (Will Ferrell), Dodgeball (Ben Stiller), the Breakup (Jennifer Anniston) and the hugely popular Wedding Crashers (Owen Wilson). He also made headlines for his romantic connection with Hollywood beauty Jennifer Anniston. The Couples Retreat (Jason Batemen) was not a very successful movie and is hopefully not a sign of things to come from Vince Vaughn. Vince Vaughn's personal life has been as entertaining as some of his movies. Vince Vaughn dated actress Joey Lauren Adams during the filming of 1999's A Cool, Dry Place. Vince Vaughn later dated Jennifer Aniston, his co-star in The Break-Up, between 2005 and 2006. Vince Vaughn's relationship with Jennifer Anniston was hounded by the paparazzi and was the subject of many tabloid articles. In December of 2006, Vince Vaughn and Aniston's broke up. Vince Vaughn bounced back and on January 2, 2010, Vaughn and Canadian Realtor Kyla Weber were married in a small ceremony at the Great Hall of the historic Armour House at Lake Forest Academy in his hometown of Lake Forest, Illinois. Vince Vaughn is a fan of the Chicago Blackhawks, Chicago Bears, Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bulls and the University of Notre Dame, all of which are featured prominently in his film The Break-Up.
